Fulfilling Orders

Track, manage, and process food orders, tickets, and giftcards

Step 1 - View Orders.

Go to [Orders] Dashboard to see the list of orders received. 

  • You can find specific orders through the [SEARCH] field.

  • To view orders containing specific types (gift cards, menu items, products, event tickets), click [CONTAINS] and select what's applicable.

  • You can also filter orders by type, requested time, fulfillment status, and payment status.

  • You can sort the orders by date, customer name, total, and requested time.

  • You can also download a CSV File of all Unfulfilled Orders and Tally Report through the [REPORTS] button.

Step 2 - Review The Order.

Click the order record and review the details of the order:

You can view the customer's contact information, order and fulfillment details, order summary, and order history.

Step 3 - Process The Order.

Proceed to the Fulfillment Section and select the action to process the order. The fulfillment option selected by the customer will be indicated with an action button to process the order.

To fulfill an order through delivery, click the [Ready For Delivery] button and then enter the following details:

  • Order Quantity

  • Notification Note

A notification email will be sent with the details of the order to the customer.

To fulfill orders for store pickup, click the [Ready for Pick Up] button, and then enter the following details:

  • Order Quantity

  • Notification Note

A notification email will be sent with the details of the order to the customer.

Once confirmed, the order would be marked "Fulfilled."

Step 4 - Update Fulfillment Status in Bulk

Once confirmed or processed, the order would be automatically marked "Fulfilled." You can also manually update also the fulfillment status in bulk by checking off the orders and selecting the "Mark as Fulfilled" option on the Bulk Update dropdown.

Take note that tickets and digital gift cards are fulfilled automatically. Only orders for delivery and pickup are processed manually through the dashboard.

Step 5 - Mark as Paid

Once the order is paid, you can just click "Mark as Paid" in the Order Summary then click "Yes."

When an order is both fulfilled and paid, it would be marked in the Orders Dashboard like this:
