Connect your Sociavore and Google Business Profile to allow guests to book reservations right from Google Search

Here's how you can attract more customers through easy online booking directly from from Google Search, Google Maps and Google Assistant.

Step 1 - Connect your Google Business Profile

  1. In your Sociavore dashboard, click on the "Store" tab on the left hand side and hover to open the dropdown.

  2. Click "Ecommerce Settings" on the dropdown and then "Integrations" on page.

  3. To connect your Google Business Profile, click the "Add" button.

This will redirect you to Google to sign into your business's account, connecting it to your Sociavore account.

Step 2 - Toggle Reserve with Google

  1. After connecting your Google Business Profile, navigate to the "Channels" tab in the same dropdown you found "Ecommerce Settings".

  2. Select the "Reserve with Google" tab.

Below you will see the current status. It is required that the business address associated with your Sociavore account is the exact same as the Google account. If they match, you should be able to toggle "Enable reservations" on right away, but if not, edit the address to make both accounts match.

That's it! Changes may take some time to go live on Google.
