Batch Posts are posts that have been published or scheduled to more than one channel at once on SocioCommand.

Once a Batch Post is scheduled, it will appear like this in the Posts section of SocioCommand.

We recommend using Groups to group separate Locations together that offer the same promotions. You can then create regular Batch Posts for these promotions. For example; if your brand is in the grocery retail industry and some of your shops have an off licence but others don't, we recommend creating an 'Off Licence' Group to create regular Batch Posts for this group of stores quickly and easily.

How to create a Batch Post:

  1. Schedule the post as usual.

  2. Select the channels you would like to schedule the post to.

  3. If it is more than one channel, the post will appear as a Batch Post.

How to create a Batch Post for a specific Group:

  1. Schedule a post as usual for the date and time of your choice.

  2. When in the Create Post screen, select the Group you would like to schedule the batch post to in the channels section.

  3. You can now follow the steps to schedule or copy the post to another Network as usual. Once scheduled/published, the post will appear as a Batch Post.

When posting batches to multiple networks at once, the number next to the network icon will let you know how many channels will be included in that batch.
