Post Personalisation
With Post Personalisation you can include custom, Location-specific information in your post text and images, even when creating a batch post to all your Locations.
SocioConnect will remember individual data points for each of your Locations, meaning when posting you can add indicators like [LOCATION_URL], which will then fill into the posts themselves, giving you the benefit of locally specific content along with the ease of working on a large scale.
Enter Your Location Data
The information that will go into your posts comes from Locations, so it's important to make sure this is filled in correctly.
The fields you can personalise are:
Location Name
Address
City
Phone Number
Currency Symbol
Location URL
As well as uploading custom image assets:
π· Location Logo
π· Location Photo

Creating A Post
Once you're ready to create a post, begin as normal from the Posts screen.
While writing your post text, click the button for a list of options that can be added to personalise.
If any of your locations are missing required custom data; for instance they have no phone number set when you add [PHONE_NUMBER] to your post, a warning will appear like the example below. That channel will also become ineligible for the post.

Personalising Image Content
Just like when writing text for personalised posts - the image editor can pull logos and photos from the information stored within Locations in SocioConnect.
This works if you want to add a Location's logo onto an image in a post, attach multiple logos to a small group of Locations you manage, or are creating posts for an estate of hundreds and want each post to have its own personality.
πΌοΈ Before using Personalised content, it's important your Locations are updated with the right content and information, learn how to do that HERE
Adding Personalised Assets To An Image
When using the image editor, you can add personalised assets to an image - in the example below I'm using the Location logo, photo, and a text variable, the Location's name.
Once you're happy with everything in the image, click Save in the image editor.
When you return to the post creation screen or content pool, personalised assets automatically fill in with the appropriate information, in this case, my Location's image, logo and name.
