Posting On SocioConnect

We aim to make creating a post within SocioConnect is just as easy as any social media app you've tried in the past; but with the benefit of managing all you channels and networks in one place.

Create A Post

To create a post in SocioConnect begin by clicking the button on the Posts screen.

Now select which network you plan to post to by clicking the relevant icon - and if this post is going to multiple networks at once, simply click multiple icons.

Next enter your post text, and attach any images or videos by pressing the media button.

You can upload media files directly from your computer, or select any already uploaded and stored in the Content Pool.

Learn more about Content Pool by clicking HERE

Just like the social networks, SocioConnect allows you to upload .jpg .jpeg .png .mov .mp4 file types

The preview window along the right side of the screen will show you how your post will look once it’s live, and you can switch between the different social networks here too, to make sure it looks great on each.

This is also the place to add a CTA button, convert to a carousel or linked post, and add an internal reviewer if that's part of your process.

Customising Posts Per Network

It's always a good idea to customise posts for the social networks they'll be used on - just hit the button and your view will expand, giving you options on each network individually.

You'll also have channel specific options where available, such as the ability to Add Location or First Comment on Instagram posts, or even share the post to your profile grid.

Selecting Channels

Any channels you have connected to the system will be displayed in the Channels box a little further down the screen.

Simply tick next to any channel names you would like this post to publish for.

Labels

Before the Schedule button becomes available, you’ll need to add your Labels to the post.

Labels are used in the reporting system within SocioConnect, they allow you to track posts later and see in closer detail how this particular post or campaign has performed.

You can select from labels already in use by your team, or simply make your own by just typing in whatever title you would like and pressing the enter/return key.

Labels will never be visible to your audience on social media, they’re exclusively for reports within SocioConnect

Scheduling

Finally, when you’re ready to publish your post, or add it to the calendar for a future date, click the Schedule button in the top right of the screen.

Pressing Schedule will reveal the time and date selector, so you can plan when your post will go live.
