Need to delete a batch post? It's a quick and easy process, just follow the steps below:

  1. Find the post you need to delete on the Posts tab.

  2. Next, hover your mouse above the post to see further options, then click the three dots icon at its top right corner.

  3. Finally, you'll be given a last chance to turn back, if you're happy to delete click the Delete button, your post has now successfully been removed.

You can now select multiple posts you would like to delete within a batch post. This way, if a HQ user wants to remove a promotion from a sub-section of locations, there's no issue whatsoever!

Don't Forget: If your post was scheduled to multiple social networks, you'll need to delete the batches for each network separately

What if the post was already published on a social network?
No problem! The same process will work for deleting published posts on Facebook and X too. Once you've deleted them in this way from SocioCommand they will automatically be removed from Facebook/X.

Unfortunately, you can not delete published posts on Instagram, for that you'll need to login to Instagram directly.
