Why has my channel disconnected?

To reconnect your channel, visit the channel list on your SocioConnect App and click the refresh 🔄 button to the right of your channel name.

Don't worry, it will only take a few seconds to reconnect!

Channels disconnecting is completely normal! Social network connections expire for a multitude of reasons including; when you reset your password, when you disconnect SocioConnect, some networks even expire the connection periodically for security reasons.
