If a permission is off
Any feature that relies on TikTok data will remain unavailable until the permission is turned on. Once authorized, the feature activates immediately.
How to fix permission issues
Log out of TikTok.
Log back into the correct TikTok account.
Reauthorize Soco and enable all permission toggles.
