Retainer deals are paid brand campaigns: you earn for creating content, on top of your normal TikTok Shop commission.
Where to find open Retainers
Open Retainers appear in two places, and either route lands on the same application page:
In the Soco Discord, open the Retainer announcements channel. Each post carries the brand, the budget tier and the link to apply. Not in the Discord yet? Join here.
In the Soco app, tap the Retainers banner to see every live Retainer campaign, then tap a campaign to read the brief and start an application.
What you see before you apply
The application page shows your compensation for your GMV tier, so your exact pay-per-video rate is visible before you commit. You also see the campaign brief: the brand, the content requirements, the timeline and any platform notes.
How long approval takes
Approval times depend on the brand, but you can typically expect a response within 5 working days. You will hear back either way: if you're approved, you're added to the brand's private channel automatically, and if not, you receive an email.
