Creating a Solarplaza account allows you to access platform features, register for events, manage your profile, and manage your event registrations. Creating an account is free and only takes a few minutes.
To create your Solarplaza account
Visit the Solarplaza account registration page: https://www.solarplaza.com/register/
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
Verify your email address using the confirmation email sent after registration.
Once your email address has been verified, your Solarplaza account will be activated, and you can access available platform features.
Use a business email address
When creating your Solarplaza account, please use an email address associated with your organization.
Please note:
Personal email addresses (such as Gmail or Outlook.com) and generic organizational email addresses (such as info@, support@, or admin@) may prevent access to certain platform and organization features, such as creating a BizzBoard post.
Avoid using generic email prefixes such as info@, support@, or admin@, as these addresses cannot be linked to an individual user account.
Business membership verification
If you are applying for a business membership, additional verification may be required to confirm your organization details before access is granted.

If you experience issues with registration, email verification, logging in, or activating your account, please contact our Solarplaza Support Team at support@solarplaza.com. Our team will review your request and let you know if any additional information is required.
💡 Note: If you purchase an event ticket without first signing in to your existing Solarplaza user account, the system may automatically create a new user account for you. The account is initially created without a password. You will receive a magic-link email that allows you to set your password and access your account.
Didn’t receive or accidentally delete the email?
You can request a new login link by going to the Solarplaza login page and selecting “Send me a login link instead.” Follow the instructions provided to access your account.
