Why have I been charged for a class if I'm on the waitlist?

To book a class or reserve your spot on the waitlist, you must first purchase the credit to hold your spot if one is not already available on your account. Once you have purchased your credit, select the class you are looking to attend to complete your booking. When you early-cancel the credit is returned to your account so you can book a class on another day or at a different time.
