What is the late cancellation window?

The late cancellation window is the 10 hours leading up to class start time.

Because we have only a limited number of spaces available in each class, you can change or cancel your reservation up to 10 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 10-hour window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit. If you are using an Unlimited pricing option, you will be charged a late cancellation fee per class late-cancelled. Fees vary by market and are listed here.

Monthly unlimited members: if this is your first late cancellation in a 30-day period, it will be waived. Learn more about membership perks here.
