How to Freeze Your Solidcore Membership
We offer a complimentary 14-day freeze per calendar year for our members. This allows you to temporarily suspend your membership without any additional fees.
Requesting a Freeze
To request a freeze, simply submit a digital ticket at least 30 days before the date you'd like your freeze to begin. You can submit a digital ticket through the chat feature on our site/app.
Once your freeze has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the start and end dates of your freeze.
Extended Freezes
In certain circumstances, you may be eligible for an extended freeze beyond the complimentary 14-day period. This includes medical reasons or active military service. If you are requesting an extended membership pause, please include any relevant information in the "additional details" section of the freeze form. This will help us better understand your situation and process your request accordingly.
Resuming Your Membership
Your membership will automatically resume on the date specified in the email. If you wish to resume your membership earlier, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
