Tickets are used for all membership management needs. You can submit a ticket directly through our chat feature.
Submitting a Ticket
To submit a ticket, open the chat bubble on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. From there, let us know you'd like to do any of the following:
Upgrade membership
Downgrade membership
Freeze membership
Cancel membership
You'll receive the correct ticket to complete and submit directly through our chat portal. To see all options, simply type "submit ticket" and you'll be able to select from the four choices listed above.
When your ticket is successfully submitted, you'll receive confirmation via email.
Important note: All required fields must be completed for a ticket to be submitted for processing. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please review to see if you've missed any required details. If your ticket is not submitted, we will not be able to complete your request.
Ticket Status
To check on the status of your submitted ticket, return to the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Select, "Tickets" on the far right and you'll see your ticket status.
Ticket Status Descriptions:
Submitted - your ticket was successfully received and will be assigned to a team member as soon as possible.
Waiting on client - our team has responded and needs additional information from you to complete your request.
Completed - our team has completed your request and confirmed completion in the same thread in which you submitted your ticket.
