Can I customise the texts my clients receive about their booking?

Learn how to edit the SMSs sent to your clients to update them on their appointment.

To customer texts to send your clients about their booking:

  1. Go to Menu >> Booking System

  2. Select SMS updates

  3. Select the SMS you would like to edit

  4. Click Edit message

  5. Write the text you would like to use

  6. Insert dynamic value to include the text specific to the booking. For example, {{ClientFirstName}} will include the first name of the client the SMS is sending to.

  7. Press Done to save your changes

Note - your messages must be less than 160 characters in order to send.
