I Assigned a Plan, but It’s Not Showing on the Dashboard

If you’ve assigned a plan and it’s not appearing, it may have been scheduled for a future start date instead of being assigned instantly.

To fix this:

  1. Go to My Plans.

  2. Locate the plan.

  3. Find the user it was assigned to.

  4. Assign the plan to the current date and time.

This will immediately push the plan to the user’s device.
