I Assigned a Plan, but It’s Not Showing on the Dashboard

If a plan is missing from your dashboard, it’s usually because it was scheduled with a future start date or because your time zone has changed since it was scheduled.

To fix this:

  1. Go to My Plans

  2. Locate the plan

  3. Find the assigned user

  4. Tap Assign to set the plan to the current date and time

The plan will then appear instantly on the user’s device.
