I Assigned a Plan, but It’s Not Showing on the User’s Device

If the plan is missing on the user’s device, it’s usually because it was scheduled for a future start date instead of being assigned instantly.

To resolve this:

  1. Go to My Plans.

  2. Locate the plan.

  3. Find the user it was assigned to.

  4. Assign the plan to the current date and time.

This will immediately push the plan to the user’s device.
