When you're actively managing a catalog, it's important to make sure that you're including as much information to the included assets as possible. Although none are required (except for Title), you and your team will benefit from filling out as many fields as you can. Adding details to songs and recordings within Songspace helps you to find exactly what you're looking for when you need it - for example, if you're curating a pitch for a TV show that needs a love song, you might want to search for all of your songs and recordings that are tagged with "love" or "love song".
