You must have implemented a Meta tracking pixel on your website or on some pages with a particular tracking interest such as purchase pages, newsletter subscription pages or even specific pages for one of your products whose audience you want to know.

⏳ Also, keep in mind the time frame. If you don't have a lot of traffic on your website, you may have to wait until you have a significant number of visits in order to get a usable audience. In other words, while there is no specific minimal volume of traffic needed to create a custom audience based on website visitors from a Meta tracking pixel, having a larger volume of website traffic can help you create a more robust and targeted audience.

  • Connect to your Meta Business manager

  • Go to the β€œAudiences” area and select β€œCreate Audience”, then choose β€œCustom Audience”
