If you are not able to see the plan you are looking for when signing up to SortScape, it is likely that you have more users than that plan allows. For example, you may be looking for the 5-user plan but have 6 users in the system.

To fix this, go to the "manage employees" screen and click "deactivate" on the users who will not be using the app.

As you reduce your user count, more plans become available.
