When you need to process a refund in Tyro, the quickest way to locate the correct order is by using its unique reference code from SparrowHub. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to retrieve the reference code in SparrowHub and then use Tyro’s search functionality to efficiently process the refund.
Step 1
Navigate to https://partner.sparrowhub.com.au/and find the order you need to refund
Step 2
Press the three dots in the top right corner of the order tile
Step 3
Press "Copy Tyro code"
Step 4
Click "Copy"
Step 5
Navigate to the Tyro portal at tyro.gateway.mastercard.com/ma and click "Search"
Step 6
Click "Orders and Transactions"
Step 7
Enter a From
date that is on or before the customer's purchase date
Step 8
Paste the reference code you copied from SparrowHub and press "Search"
Step 9
This will then bring up the order in the search results for you to refund
