It is only possible to change the delivery method before an order has been processed.
Please note that the pharmacy will incur differences in shipping costs, or you can organise a card-not-present transaction with the customer over the phone.
Before Order Processing
Step 1
Locate the order and press the three dots in the top right corner of the order tile
Step 2
Press "Change delivery method"
Step 3
Select the new delivery type from the dropdown
Step 4
Press "Save Changes"
After Order Processing
To change the delivery type after the order has been processed, you must contact SparrowHub Customer Service with the name of your store, order number and requested delivery method.
