You can use the 'Manual Override' feature to move an Open Order to the Closed Order category.

Please note that this action cannot be undone.

Navigate to three dots (⋯) in the top right corner of the order tile and select 'Manual Override'. Follow the prompts and leave a note explaining why the order was not processed normally.
