A custom refund is a refund of a custom amount. Multiple custom refunds can be processed as long as the total refund is less than the total value of the order.

A custom refund can be submitted before an order has been processed or after it has been delivered.

Step 1

Locate the order you want to refund and press the three dots in the top right corner

Step 2

Press "Refund Order"

Step 3

Press "Custom Refund"

Step 4

Press "Proceed to Next Step"

Step 5

Enter the amount you would like to refund

Step 6

Press "Select Reason for Refund"

Step 7

Select the reason for the return

Step 8

Press "Add Order Notes"

Step 9

Add any notes if necessary

Press "Confirm Refund Details"

Step 11

Confirm the refund details and press "Finalise Refund"

Step 12

The order can still be processed as normal
