Javelin Lite TL Bipod - Product Guide

When purchasing a Javelin Lite TL, you choose what adapter comes with it:

No Adapter

When you already have a Spartan Adapter on your rifle, select this option to save yourself a little money.

Bundle with Classic M-Lok Adapter

Select this option if the rifle has a genuine M-Lok accessory rail on the stock.

Bundle with Classic Picatinny Adapter Choose this option if the stock has a M1913 Mil-Std Picatinny accessory rail.

Bundle with Classic Rifle Adapter Use this with rifles that have a removable sling swivel stud in the forend.

Classic Picatinny Adapter: Use a T30 ‘Torx’ screw fitting to tighten onto the Picatinny rail. Click here for a detailed Classic Picatinny Adapter Product Guide.

Classic Rifle Adapter: Unscrew the factory sling swivel stud from your stock. The kit includes multiple screw options and synthetic plates to suit different stock profiles.

Select a screw with the same thread design as the sling stud you took out. Choose one of the synthetic mounting plates that best matches the contour of your forend. Push the screw into the hole in the adapter, through the synthetic mounting plate, and screw them both into the existing hole in your stock. OTHER INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Attaching and removing the bipod

To attach the bipod to the rifle, locate the bipod's spigot into the slot on the adapter. The magnet will ease this process and retain the bipod in the adapter. To remove the it from the rifle, firmly pull the bipod downwards from the adapter.

Inserting the bipod in the adapter with the lever facing away from you will allow you to pan the rifle 30° left and right, meaning you can track moving targets. Inserting the bipod into the adapter with the locking lever facing towards you will lock the pan movement.

Adjust Leg Height

Rotate the serrated rubber grip on the bipod leg counterclockwise to loosen it. Pull the lower half of the bipod leg downwards until reaching your desired height. Turn the serrated rubber grip clockwise to tighten the leg lock. Repeat on the other side.

Cant & Locking Lever

Rotating the cant lever clockwise will allow you to lock the cant angle at the desired position. If you would like to change the position of the lever to adjust the lock position or for fine-tuning, pull the lever outwards and rotate it to the desired position.

Feet

Each bipod is fitted with a steel tipped foot and tethered synthetic boot. Gently pull off the synthetic boot to expose the steel tip.

Changing Legs

The legs from the Javelin Lite TL Bipod can be unscrewed by rotating them anti-clockwise and replaced with any compatible leg.
