The Classic Guide adapter allows the user to quickly utilise the products in the Spartan MagnaSwitch™ arsenal. If you prefer not to, or cannot remove your sling swivel stud, you can easily mount the Classic Guide Adapter onto your sling swivel post without modifying any rifle hardware.

Unscrew the stainless steel pin and position the adapter over your sling swivel stud.

Insert the stainless steel locking pin into the unit, through the hole in the sling swivel stud, and tighten it to a maximum torque of 5 inch-pounds.

Secure the unit by tightening the two stainless steel grub screws on the top of the adapter (maximum torque: 15 inch-pounds).

To attach the MagnaSwitch bipod or tripod to the rifle, locate the spigot into the slot on the adapter. The magnet will ease this process and retain the bipod or tripod in the adapter. To remove from the rifle, firmly pull the bipod downwards from the adapter.
