It also protects you legally as Merchant of Record. Content for payment = legitimate commerce. Payment without content = a whole different rulebook we'd rather not open. 📚

(The one exception, and we're upfront about it: Tips. They run on entirely separate infrastructure, not through Stripe, and they're a tip in the ordinary sense — nothing owed in return. Everything else here delivers content.) 💠

When someone pays you on Spenny Piggy, they're paying YOU. Directly. Not us. Not some middleman.

You're the Merchant of Record (fancy term, means you're the boss of every transaction on your account 👑). We just make the connection happen — and give you the receipts, records and delivery logs that prove it.

It also means refunds come to you first. There's a refund contact flow on your profile. Answer it. 💬

Off-platform rewards? Telegram drops, Instagram DMs, video calls, custom content sent elsewhere? Don't.

Not just because we can't chase it — because the delivery record is what defends you in a dispute. No record, no defence, and the chargeback lands on you. Deliver through the platform, every time, and the evidence assembles itself. 🛡️

Card and Pay by Bank payments flow through Stripe Connect — the money lands in YOUR Stripe account, in your name, not ours.

Being straight with you about the timing though: we run payouts weekly. Earnings from Friday to Thursday go out the following Friday, usually landing Monday. And new accounts have a 10% reserve for the first 30 days, released automatically, then nothing.

That's not us sitting on your money for fun — it covers chargebacks that arrive weeks after a sale, so one dispute doesn't leave you with a negative balance. After 30 days it's gone. 🔒

Tips are different — separate infrastructure, no reserve, no Friday wait. 💠
