Nobody sets up an account expecting to read this. Here it is anyway β knowing where the edges are is how you stay nowhere near them. π§
And here's the thing that makes this platform different: you can see all of it. No mystery holds, no silent decisions, no wondering what's going on with your money. It's all in your dashboard, with reasons attached. π·
The four things that can happen β οΈ
1. Content rejected π
One upload didn't pass review. Everything else carries on untouched.
2. Reserve increased π
Your risk classification moved. A percentage of earnings is held longer before release β payouts continue, just lighter.
3. Payout held or feature restricted βΈοΈ
A payout is paused, or part of your account stops taking new payments.
4. Account suspended π¨
Serious breach. Everything stops while we investigate.
Most creators never see past number one, and number one is usually a cropping issue.
You can see exactly what's happening π
This is the bit most platforms don't give you. Your dashboard shows:
π Why β the reason for any reserve, hold or restriction, in plain language. Not a code, not silence.
β³ A release countdown β exactly when reserved funds unlock. Watch it tick down.
π What's held vs what's paying out β no guessing at the numbers
π¬ An appeal button β raise it directly, from the thing you're appealing
No emailing to ask what's happened. No waiting three days to be told a reason. If something's held, you know why and when it clears before you've finished reading this sentence. β
What triggers each π
Content rejected:
Framing or cropping Β· a rights question Β· unclear description Β· doesn't meet SFW standards. See Content Rules β What's Allowed π‘οΈπ·.
Reserve increased or payout held:
β οΈ Disputes or refunds climbing
β οΈ A sudden jump in transaction volume
β οΈ Unusual payment activity or patterns
β οΈ Verification missing, incomplete or expired
β οΈ Risk on a linked or associated account
β οΈ Moderation concerns
β οΈ A legal or regulatory request
Feature restricted:
Missed the posting rule Β· verification lapsed Β· repeated content rejections in a short window.
Account suspended:
Serious content breach Β· suspected fraud or platform abuse Β· impersonation Β· moving transactions off-platform Β· anything involving under-18s.
What happens to your money π·
The honest version, because half-answers help nobody.
Content rejected β nothing changes. Everything else keeps earning and paying out. β
Reserve increased β payouts continue, a higher percentage held for longer. Release date visible in your dashboard, releases automatically. See Payouts & Reserves π¦π·.
Payout held β the money isn't gone. Paused pending review, resumes on a normal cycle once the flag clears.
Account suspended β new payments stop, and funds may be held in full while we investigate.
The bit people miss β οΈ
Refunds, chargebacks and losses can be deducted from your balance or your reserve. When a supporter disputes a payment the money goes back to them, and it has to come from somewhere.
If your balance goes negative, you remain liable for it. We'd recover it from future earnings, or ask you directly.
Not a punishment mechanism β just how the maths works when payments reverse. It's also exactly why the reserve exists, and why delivering what you listed matters more than anything else on this page. π‘οΈ
Appealing π¬
Every decision can be appealed, and you can do it from your dashboard β straight from the reserve, hold or rejection itself. No hunting for a support address.
What actually helps:
β
Context we don't have β the genuinely useful bit
β
Evidence: rights documentation, original files, delivery records, communication with the supporter
β
Anything explaining an unusual pattern β a launch, a viral post, a bulk order
What doesn't help:
β Submitting the same appeal six times
β Opening a second account β this makes things significantly worse π«
What to expect: an acknowledgement, review by a human, and a decision with a reason. Content rejections turn round quickly. Suspensions take longer because they're investigated properly.
β οΈ Some holds are payment-partner or legal requirements, not ours to reverse. Where that's the case we'll say so plainly rather than pretend we're deliberating.
Staying well clear π‘οΈ
β
Read the content rules once, properly. Ten minutes.
β
Keep verification current. Expired ID is the most common hold on the platform and entirely avoidable.
β
Deliver on-platform, always β the record is what defends you.
β
Describe listings precisely. Vague descriptions cause disputes; disputes raise your risk classification; risk classification triggers everything on this page.
β
Post regularly if you run recurring features.
β
Growing fast? Tell us first. π A sudden tenfold jump in volume looks identical to fraud from the outside. A heads-up before a big launch and we'll note it on your account β thirty seconds that saves you a hold.
β
Check your dashboard. Everything's visible. Look at it. π
Common questions π€
"Can I make a new account?"
No. One person, one account β and a second account during a restriction escalates things considerably.
"Why has my reserve gone up?"
Your dashboard tells you, with the reason. If it doesn't make sense, appeal from there and ask.
"When do I get my held funds?"
There's a countdown in your dashboard showing the exact release date. It releases automatically. β³
"Will my supporters be told?"
Not directly, but recurring supporters stop being billed and will notice. Tell them yourself β silence loses people, honesty rarely does.
"Is it permanent?"
Content rejections and reserve changes rarely are. Suspensions depend on what happened.
"Can I get my earnings history if I'm restricted?"
Yes, any time, regardless of account status. π
TL;DR π―
Four levels: content rejected β reserve increased β payout held β suspension
Everything is visible in your dashboard β the reason, the amount, the release countdown β³
Appeal directly from the dashboard, with context and evidence
Refunds and chargebacks can be deducted from balance or reserve; negative balances remain your liability
Never open a second account π«
No black boxes. You always know where your money is and why. π·
