Short answer: yes, and here's exactly what we do and don't hold. π
What we never see π«
Your full card number. Handled by our payment processor, encrypted, never stored by us and never visible to creators. π³
Your bank login. Pay by Bank happens inside your own banking app, with your own bank's security. We never see the credentials. π¦
Your password. Stored encrypted, and nobody here can read it. Which is why we will never ask you for it β see Scams & Staying Safe π΅οΈπ·. π
What we do hold π
π§ Account details β name, email
π Verification records β identity documents, checked and stored securely
π§Ύ Transaction records β what was bought, when, for how much
π¦ Delivery records β what was sent and when it landed
π± Device and technical data used for fraud prevention
π¬ Support conversations
Most of it isn't optional. Payment regulations and anti-fraud obligations require us to keep transaction and identity records β that's the same requirement every regulated payments business operates under. π‘οΈ
Why the records work for you π
The transaction and delivery data isn't just compliance overhead:
π‘οΈ It defends creators in disputes β proof of what was delivered and when
β
It resolves supporter complaints without anybody arguing from memory
π It's your earnings history β exportable, and exactly what an accountant or mortgage lender wants to see
π« It stops fraud before it reaches anyone

Who it's shared with π€
Our payment providers β Stripe for card and Pay by Bank, and a separate provider for stablecoin. They need what they need to move money and meet their own obligations.
Identity verification providers β for checking documents.
Legal and regulatory requests β where we're legally required to comply.
That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't hand creator details to supporters or vice versa. β
What creators see about supporters π
Creators see: that a purchase happened, what was bought, and the display name and email associated with it.
Creators never see: your card details, your address, or your payment credentials. π
What supporters see about creators π
Public profile information only. Verification documents and payout details are never visible to anyone but us and our providers.
Your rights π
Under UK data protection law you can:
β
Request a copy of the personal data we hold
β
Ask for corrections to anything inaccurate
β
Ask for deletion β subject to records we're legally required to retain

Message us through the chat to make any of these requests. π¬
β οΈ Transaction and verification records generally have to be kept for a legally defined period even after an account closes. That's a legal requirement on us, not a choice. π
Keeping your own account secure π
β
A password you use nowhere else β especially not your socials
β
Never share your login. Not with a manager, an editor, or anyone.
β
Leave security notifications on. They can't be switched off, and they're how you find out early. π
β
Only log in from the address bar, typed yourself β never from a link in a message
