Account Sharing and Proxy Play on Splash Sports

Splash Sports prohibits account sharing and proxy play. Each account must be used only by its registered owner.

Updated over a week ago

Account sharing and proxy play — having someone else log in or submit entries on your behalf — are strictly prohibited on Splash Sports and violate most state gaming regulations. Every account must be managed solely by its registered owner.

What's Not Allowed

  • Letting someone else log into your account

  • Submitting picks or entries on behalf of another person

  • Operating multiple accounts (one account per person, strictly enforced)

  • Sharing login credentials with anyone

Consequences

Violations can result in:

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Forfeiture of winnings associated with the violation

  • Reporting to relevant state gaming authorities where required

What About Family Members on the Same Network?

Family members or housemates can each have their own Splash account as long as each account is registered to a different individual and used only by that person. Shared devices or networks alone are not a violation — but shared accounts are.

If our system flags your account due to a shared network or device, contact support@splashsports.com and we'll review your case.

A Note for Commissioners

Commissioners may not enter picks on behalf of their members, even with permission. Each entrant must submit their own picks from their own account.
