Running into issues with the Splash app on your phone? Work through the steps below to get things sorted.
Step 1: Clear Cache & Cookies
iPhone (Safari):
Open Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm
Android (Chrome):
Open Chrome
Tap the three-dot menu β Settings β Privacy and Security
Tap Clear browsing data, check Cookies and Cached images, then tap Clear data
Step 2: Restart Your Device
A quick reboot clears temporary issues that can interfere with the app.
Step 3: Reinstall the App
Uninstall the Splash app, then reinstall it from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Log in and try again.
Step 4: Try a Mobile Web Browser
If the app still isn't working, try accessing Splash through a mobile browser like Chrome or Safari instead.
