Troubleshooting Splash App Issues on Mobile

Running into issues with the Splash app on your phone? Work through the steps below to get things sorted.


Step 1: Clear Cache & Cookies

iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap Safari

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm

Android (Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Tap the three-dot menu β†’ Settings β†’ Privacy and Security

  3. Tap Clear browsing data, check Cookies and Cached images, then tap Clear data


Step 2: Restart Your Device

A quick reboot clears temporary issues that can interfere with the app.


Step 3: Reinstall the App

Uninstall the Splash app, then reinstall it from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Log in and try again.


Step 4: Try a Mobile Web Browser

If the app still isn't working, try accessing Splash through a mobile browser like Chrome or Safari instead.
