Thank you for reaching out to us here at Splash! If you're wondering how to withdraw funds after using Apple Pay or a credit card, we’ve got you covered.
If you deposit via Apple Pay, please note that Apple Pay is not currently supported for withdrawals. These methods are supported for deposits but not for withdrawals because they are not compatible with our withdrawal system.
✅ Available Withdrawal Methods:
You can withdraw your funds using one of the following:
Debit Card
PayPal
Venmo
Bank Account
Check
🔁 Important: You must first deposit using a payment method before you can use it for withdrawals. To enable valid withdrawal methods, start by transferring a minimum of $1 using one of the supported deposit options like PayPal, Venmo, or debit cards.
❌ Credit card withdrawals are not supported. Special Note for Apple Pay Even if Apple Pay is linked to a debit card, it does not automatically make the debit card valid for withdrawals. Depositing directly using the debit card is required to enable this option.
Troubleshooting Apple Pay and Credit Card Deposit Issues
If you encounter problems depositing via Apple Pay:
Verify billing address settings: Ensure the information in your Apple Pay account matches your bank records.
Try a different deposit method: If issues persist, use PayPal or Venmo as alternatives.
Use another browser or device: Switching may resolve technical errors.
Contact your bank: Certain banks might block transactions. Additionally, some cards, like American Express, are unsupported by Apple Pay
