How Long Does it Take for my Withdrawal to Reach my Bank Account?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you received an email confirming your withdrawal was successful but haven’t seen the funds yet, here’s what to expect:

Withdrawal notifications provide users with updates every step of the way, ensuring they know when their request has been received and processed.

Splash sends email notifications to keep users informed about their withdrawal status. These emails include confirmation when a withdrawal request is received and when it is successfully processed and completed. Ensure your email address is up-to-date and notifications are enabled to avoid missing updates.

Standard Withdrawal Timeline

Once Splash Sports has processed your withdrawal (typically within 24–48 hours of your request, excluding weekends and holidays), it typically takes 3–5 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction and post the funds to your account.

The confirmation email indicates that processing has been fully completed on Splash's end. The time for funds to actually appear depends on the bank's timeline.

If you prefer withdrawing via check, note that checks sent through USPS typically arrive a few business days after being processed.

Withdrawals are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Requests made outside these hours, or during weekends, will begin processing the next business day.

Splash ensures you are notified at key points in the withdrawal process: when a request is received and when it is processed successfully.

⏱️ Some banks may process the transaction sooner, with funds appearing in your account within 3-5 business days, but timing can vary depending on your institution.

Still don't see your funds after 5 business days?

If it's been more than 5 business days since you received your withdrawal confirmation email, we recommend the following:

Double-check the confirmation email to ensure processing is complete on Splash's end. Additionally, ensure no errors were made when submitting your withdrawal request.

  • Check your bank account for any pending transactions

  • Contact your bank to see if they have additional information

  • Verify whether your account has any restrictions that might affect withdrawals

  • Reach out to our Support Team and we'll be happy to assist
