Got your withdrawal confirmation email but no funds yet? That email means Splash has done its part — now it's in your bank's hands. Here's what to expect:
Timeline by Method
PayPal / Venmo — Often same day, sometimes a few hours after approval
ACH (bank account) — Usually same day, up to 1–3 business days
Debit card — 1–3 business days
Check — 10–14 business days via USPS (US) or Canada Post (Canada)
Keep in mind that Splash processes requests Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET, so weekends and holidays add to the wait.
Still haven't received your funds?
If the timeframes above have passed and your money still hasn't arrived:
Check for any pending transactions in your bank account
Contact your bank — they may have a hold on the transfer
