Apple Pay and credit cards are deposit-only — they can't be used for withdrawals. If that's how you funded your account, here are your options:
Option 1: Make a small deposit with a supported method
Deposit at least $10 using any of these, and it'll be linked for withdrawals right away:
Debit card
PayPal
Venmo
Bank account (ACH)
💡 Heads up: If you've been depositing via Apple Pay and your debit card is linked to Apple Pay, that doesn't automatically enable the debit card for withdrawals. You'll need to make a direct deposit with the debit card itself.
Option 2: Request a check
No new deposit needed — just contact us at support@splashsports.com and we'll arrange a check withdrawal. Checks arrive within 10–14 business days via USPS (US) or Canada Post (Canada).
