⚙️ Managing Your Account on Splash Sports

Your Splash Sports Account Settings page is your central hub for managing personal information, security preferences, and account actions.


🔐 Account Overview

Upon accessing your account settings, you'll find options to:

  • View Account Details: Check your registered email and username.

  • Change Password: Update your password for enhanced security.

  • Manage Payment Methods: Add or remove payment options for deposits and withdrawals.

  • Set Notification Preferences: Customize how you receive updates and alerts.


🛡️ Security Settings

To ensure the safety of your account:

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code during login.

  • Review Login Activity: Monitor recent login attempts and devices.

  • Update Security Questions: Modify your security questions for account recovery.


📄 Account Actions

If you need to make significant changes:

  • Deactivate Account: Temporarily disable your account. You can reactivate it by contacting support.

  • Delete Account: Permanently remove your account and data. To initiate this, please reach out to support@splashsports.com.

  • Reactivate Deactivated Account: If your account is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated by the user alone. Please contact Splash support for help with reactivating your account.

  • Verify Account Status: If you suspect your account was deleted or deactivated accidentally, check your login credentials or contact support for clarification, especially if your account pertains to specific platforms like OfficeFootballPool (OFP) within Splash.

Note: Account details like name and email address cannot be updated after signup. If you need assistance with your account details, please contact our Customer Support team.

If you suspect an issue with your account's status but still have access to the registered email, attempt to log in and verify credentials. For further assistance, include platform-specific details when contacting support.

Recovering and Reactivating Accounts

Reactivation Process

For deactivated accounts, reactivation is only possible through Splash support. Provide your account details to their team to begin the process.

Managing Self-Entrants and Data

Use the Entrants Manager via the Commissioner tab on your dashboard to manage users, contests, or pools without needing reactivation.
