How to Share Your Location on MacOS

For use with the Splash Sports website on Safari, Chrome, or Firefox

Location sharing ensures you’re playing from a legal jurisdiction. Follow the steps below based on your browser.


🧭 If You're Using Safari on macOS

  1. Open splashsports.com in Safari

  2. When prompted, click Allow to let the site use your current location

If the pop-up didn’t appear or you clicked “Don’t Allow”:

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar

  2. Select Settings (or Preferences)

  3. Go to the Websites tab

  4. Click Location in the left menu

  5. Find splashsports.com and set the dropdown to Allow

  6. Refresh the page


🌐 If You're Using Google Chrome on macOS

  1. Visit splashsports.com in Chrome

  2. When prompted, click Allow to share your location

If the pop-up didn’t appear or you clicked “Block”:

  1. Click the Lock icon or Location error icon to the left of the address bar

  2. Choose Always allow location access

  3. Click Done

  4. Then go to your System Settings:

    • Open System Settings (Apple menu > System Settings)

    • Select Privacy & Security > Location Services

    • Click the Lock icon to make changes

    • Enter your password or use Touch ID

    • Ensure Google Chrome is checked

  5. Return to splashsports.com and refresh the page


🦊 If You're Using Firefox on macOS

  1. Open System Settings from the Apple menu

  2. Select Privacy & Security > Location Services

  3. Click the Lock icon to unlock changes

  4. Enter your password or use Touch ID

  5. Check the box for Firefox

  6. Return to splashsports.com and refresh the page

  7. When prompted, click Allow to enable location access

If you previously blocked access:

  1. Click the Location error icon in the Firefox address bar

  2. Click Permissions

  3. Remove the “Blocked Temporarily” setting by clicking the X

  4. Refresh splashsports.com and click Allow
