Fixing the '500 Something Went Wrong' Error on Splash Sports

We’re sorry to hear you're running into a “500 Something Went Wrong” error. This type of error is often related to an outdated browser or a temporary connection issue.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:



🔄 Step 1: Check Your Browser Version

Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

How to check:

  • Chrome: Menu → Help → About Google Chrome

  • Safari: Menu → Safari → About Safari

  • Firefox: Menu → Help → About Firefox

If your browser is out of date, please update it and then try accessing Splash again.



🔁 Step 2: Refresh or Restart

  • Try refreshing the page

  • If the error persists, close and reopen your browser

  • You can also try logging in from a different browser or device to see if the issue continues
