Verification links expire after 24 hours. If you didn't complete verification before your link expired, here's what to do.
Get a New Link
There are two ways to get a fresh verification link:
Option 1 — Start a new verification:
Go to app.splashsports.com/user-verification and begin the process again — a new link will be sent automatically.
Option 2 — Contact support:
Email support@splashsports.com or reply to your original verification email and let us know your link has expired. We'll send a fresh one as quickly as possible.
Once You Have a New Link
Open it on your mobile device — the verification flow requires your phone's camera
Complete verification in one session — new links are also valid for 24 hours
If you close the flow partway through, you may need to request another link
Tips to Avoid Expiry Issues
Have your ID ready before opening the link
Use a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection during verification
Complete the process in a single session — don't switch apps or leave the flow open for extended periods
