Why Do I Need to Verify My Account?

Verification is required to withdraw funds and access certain features on Splash Sports. It helps us confirm your identity and comply with financial regulations — keeping your account and winnings safe.

How to Verify: Step-by-Step

  1. Log in to your Splash Sports account.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Look for the Verify Your Account prompt and click it.

  4. Follow the DocV (Document Verification) prompts.

  5. Upload a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport). Make sure it is:

    • Clear and fully visible (no blurring or cropping)

    • Not expired

    • Matching the name on your Splash account

  6. Submit and wait for confirmation — this typically takes just a few minutes.

Common Issues & How to Fix Them

My verification link has expired

Log back into your account settings and request a new verification link. Links expire after a short period for security reasons.

My verification failed

Double-check that your ID photo is clear, unexpired, and matches the name on your account. Retake the photo in good lighting and resubmit. If it fails again, contact our support team.

I don't see a verification option in my settings

Your account may already be verified, or you may need to complete a deposit first. If you're unsure, contact support and we'll check your account status.

Still stuck?

Reach out to our support team with your account email and a description of where you're getting stuck — we're happy to help walk you through it.

What Happens After I'm Verified?

Once verified, your withdrawal options will be unlocked and you'll have full access to all Splash Sports features. You won't need to verify again unless we request it for a specific reason.
