Go to Account Settings.
Look for the Verify Your Account prompt and click it.
Follow the DocV (Document Verification) prompts.
Upload a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport). Make sure it is:
Clear and fully visible (no blurring or cropping)
Not expired
Matching the name on your Splash account
Submit and wait for confirmation — this typically takes just a few minutes.
Common Issues & How to Fix Them
My verification link has expired
Log back into your account settings and request a new verification link. Links expire after a short period for security reasons.
My verification failed
Double-check that your ID photo is clear, unexpired, and matches the name on your account. Retake the photo in good lighting and resubmit. If it fails again, contact our support team.
I don't see a verification option in my settings
Your account may already be verified, or you may need to complete a deposit first. If you're unsure, contact support and we'll check your account status.
