Work through each step in order. Most login issues are resolved by steps 1–4.
✅ Step 1: Check Your Email Address
Make sure you're using the email address registered to your account
Check for typos — common ones include .con instead of .com, or gmail vs googlemail
If you signed up with Google or Apple, use those login buttons rather than entering your email manually
Search your inbox for any past email from splashsports.com to confirm which address you used
✅ Step 2: Reset Your Password
If your email is correct but you still can't get in, reset your password:
⚠️ Must be done in a web browser — not the Splash mobile app. The reset link expires after 60 minutes.
✅ Step 3: Clear Autofill Saved Passwords
Autofill often fills in an outdated password without you noticing. Delete the saved Splash entry from your browser:
Chrome: Settings → Autofill → Password Manager → find Splash → delete
Safari: Settings → Passwords → find Splash → delete
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Saved Logins → find Splash → delete
Then type your credentials manually.
✅ Step 4: Try Incognito / Private Mode
Private mode bypasses all saved passwords, cookies, and extensions. If you can log in here but not normally, the issue is a cached credential or extension:
Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + N (Mac)
Safari: File → New Private Window
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + P (Mac)
✅ Step 5: Disable Ad Blockers and VPN
Temporarily turn off any ad blockers (uBlock, AdBlock, Ghostery, etc.)
Disconnect your VPN completely — pausing isn't enough
Try logging in again
✅ Step 6: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cookies + Cached images → Clear data
Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data
After clearing, close and reopen your browser, then try logging in again.
✅ Step 7: Try a Different Browser or Device
Google Chrome is recommended. If login works on Chrome but not your usual browser, the issue is browser-specific. Also try logging in from a mobile device to rule out a device issue.
