⚠️ Password resets must be done in a web browser — the Splash mobile app does not support password resets. Use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on your phone or computer.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Go to the password reset page and enter your account email
Click Send Reset Email
Check your inbox — the email usually arrives within 1–2 minutes. Check Spam/Junk if you don't see it.
Click the reset link and set your new password — the link expires after 60 minutes
Log in with your new password
💡 If you requested multiple resets, only the most recent link works. Earlier links are automatically invalidated.
Tips for a Smooth Reset
Update your saved autofill passwords after resetting — if your browser saved the old password, it will keep filling in the wrong one and may lock you out again
Check all your email addresses if the reset email isn't arriving — you may have signed up with a different one
Signed up via Google or Apple? You may not have a separate Splash password. Try those login buttons instead
