No worries — resetting your password is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get back in.
⚠️ Heads up: Password resets are no longer supported in the Splash mobile app. Please use a web browser on your phone or computer.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Go to the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your account.
Click Send Reset Email.
Check your inbox for a reset email — it usually arrives within a few minutes. Don't see it? Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Click the link in the email and set your new password. Note: the link expires after 60 minutes — if it's expired, just request a new one.
Log in with your new password.
Tips for a Smooth Reset
If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're checking the one registered to your Splash account
If you requested multiple resets, only the most recent link will work
After resetting, update your saved passwords in your browser or password manager so autofill doesn't fill in the old one
