I Can't Log In – Troubleshooting Guide

Having trouble logging in? Here's how to fix it.

Step 1: Try the Forgot Password Flow

  1. Go to the Splash Sports login page and click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Splash Sports.

  4. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Step 2: Not Receiving the Reset Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails sometimes get filtered.

  • Try a different email address — you may have signed up with a different one (e.g., a Google or Apple account).

  • Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.

  • Add support@splashsports.com to your contacts to prevent future filtering.

Step 3: Still Can't Get In?

If none of the above steps work, please contact our support team with:

  • The email address you believe is on your account

  • Your full name

  • A description of the error you're seeing
