Can't log in to Splash Sports? Work through these steps in order — most issues are resolved within the first three.
Step 1: Try the Forgot Password Flow
Go to the Splash login page and click Forgot Password
Enter the email address on your account
Check your inbox (and Spam/Junk) for the reset email
Click the link and set a new password — the link expires after 60 minutes
⚠️ Password resets must be done in a web browser, not the Splash mobile app.
Step 2: Check You're Using the Right Email
Try any other email addresses you may have used to sign up
Search your inbox for past emails from splashsports.com to confirm the right address
If you signed up via Google or Apple, use those login buttons — not manual email entry
Step 3: Clear Browser Cache and Disable Extensions
Clear your browser's cache and cookies (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data)
Disable any ad blockers or VPNs temporarily
Try logging in using Incognito/Private mode — this bypasses extensions and cached data entirely
Step 4: Try a Different Browser or Device
Google Chrome is recommended. If you can log in on Chrome but not your usual browser, the issue is browser-specific. Try clearing cache on your usual browser or switching to Chrome permanently.
