Requested a password reset but the email hasn't shown up? Work through these steps — it's almost always a delivery issue that's easy to fix.
Step 1: Wait 3–5 Minutes
Reset emails are sent instantly but can occasionally be delayed by email provider traffic. If it's been less than 5 minutes, wait a bit before moving on.
Step 2: Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions
Password reset emails are often filtered. Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions (Gmail) folders. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails land in your inbox.
💡 Add support@splashsports.com to your contacts to prevent this happening again.
Step 3: Confirm You're Checking the Right Inbox
The reset email goes to the email address currently registered on your account
If you have multiple email addresses, check all of them
If you recently had your email changed by support, the reset goes to the new address
Step 4: Check Email Filters and Rules
Some email clients have custom rules that auto-delete or redirect certain messages. Check any rules or filters you've set up that might be catching emails from splashsports.com.
Step 5: Request a New Reset Email
Reset links expire after 60 minutes. If enough time has passed, go back to the password reset page and request a new one. Only the most recent link works — earlier ones are invalidated when you request a new one.
Step 6: Try a Different Email Address
If you've checked everything and still see nothing, you may be entering an email that isn't linked to a Splash account. Try any other email address you may have used to sign up.
Still Nothing?
Email support@splashsports.com with the email address you're trying to use and we'll look into it — we can verify whether an account exists and help get you back in.
