What to Do if Your Password Reset Email Isn't Arriving

If you've requested a password reset but the email hasn't shown up, don't worry โ€” it's usually a delivery issue that's easy to fix. Work through the steps below.

Step 1: Wait a Few Minutes

Reset emails are sent instantly but can occasionally be delayed by a few minutes due to email provider traffic. Wait 3โ€“5 minutes before trying the steps below.

Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Password reset emails are sometimes flagged by spam filters. Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder for an email from us. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails land in your inbox.

Step 3: Confirm You're Checking the Right Email

  • Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address registered to your account

  • If you have multiple email addresses, try searching across all of them

  • If you recently changed your email, the reset will be sent to your current registered address

Step 4: Check for Email Filtering Rules

Some email clients have custom filters that automatically move or delete certain messages. Check any rules or filters you may have set up that could be redirecting our emails.

Step 5: Request a New Reset Email

Reset links expire after 60 minutes. If too much time has passed, go back to the login page and request a new reset email. Make sure to only use the most recent link sent.

Step 6: Try a Different Email Address

If you're still not receiving anything, you may be entering an email address that isn't associated with an account. Try any other email addresses you may have used to sign up.

Still Not Receiving the Email?

If you've tried all the steps above and still haven't received a reset email, please contact our support team. Provide the email address you used to sign up and we'll look into it for you.
