The Invite Manager is where commissioners manage their contest's invite link and control how new members join. Here's how to access it and what you can do inside.
How to Access Invite Manager
Log in and open the contest you're the commissioner of
Click the Commissioner Tab (only visible to the commissioner)
Click Manage
Select Invite Manager
What You Can Do in Invite Manager
View and copy your invite link — the direct URL to share with new members
Reset the invite link — generate a new link if you want previous links to stop working (e.g., after the contest fills)
Set invite permissions — control whether members joining via the link have view-only or full participate access
Manage pending invites — see who has been invited but hasn't joined yet
Choose invite types — select between New Members (never joined before) and Existing Members (returning from past contests) so the right link is shared
Sharing Your Invite Link
Once you've copied your invite link from Invite Manager, share it via text, email, or group chat. Members who click the link are taken directly to your contest's join page — not your profile.
New participants who don't have a Splash account will be prompted to create one before joining. This is expected and takes just a few minutes.
