ACH bank withdrawals on Splash are processed through Aeropay. If your ACH withdrawal failed, here are the most common causes and fixes.
You Disconnected Your Bank Account
This is the most common cause of ACH withdrawal failures. If you removed or disconnected your bank account from Aeropay — either through the Aeropay app or by revoking access — Splash can no longer process withdrawals to that account.
How to fix it:
Make a new deposit of at least $10 using Online Banking (ACH) from the Deposit page
This re-links your bank account through Aeropay
Once the deposit confirms, your bank account will reappear as a withdrawal option
Submit your withdrawal again
Aeropay Account Issue
If your bank account is still connected but the withdrawal is still failing, the issue may be on Aeropay's end — such as a credential change, bank security hold, or account status issue.
What to do: Contact Aeropay support directly:
Email: support@aeropay.com
Support page: aeropay.com/support
Splash cannot contact Aeropay on your behalf — you'll need to reach out to them directly to resolve account-level issues.
Need to Withdraw Without ACH?
If you're having persistent trouble with ACH, you can withdraw via another linked method instead:
PayPal or Venmo — make a $10 deposit via PayPal or Venmo to link it, then withdraw
Debit card — make a $10 deposit with your debit card to link it
Check — no new deposit required. Email support@splashsports.com and we'll arrange a check withdrawal
Still having trouble? Email support@splashsports.com with your account email, the withdrawal amount, and a description of the error you're seeing.
