Permission Settings in SportsVisio Manager (also called SV Record) is where you manage who works on your program and what they can do, "Manage Permissions / Add or delete permissions for different users on your team."
Manager access vs. fans following a team
These are two different things:
Inviting people here gives them access to the SportsVisio Manager app to help run the program (schedule games, upload video, manage teams). This is the "Send invitation to download Manager App" flow.
Parents and fans who just want to watch stats and highlights don't need a Manager invite. They use the separate SportsVisio app to follow a team and players, point them there instead.
Before you start
Inviting people needs the invitations permission. You get it as an admin or coach. If the invite + doesn't appear, your role can't invite.
Invite by the person's SportsVisio account (their email). They should have a SportsVisio account first.
Invite someone
Open the side menu and tap Permission Settings.
Tap the person-add + to open Invite User.
Enter the person's SportsVisio account email and send the invitation.
Change a role or revoke access
On a person's tile in the list you can:
Change role: set them as admin, coach or viewer.
Revoke access: remove them from the program.
Be careful revoking your own access: self-revoke locks you out immediately.

The Manage member deep page is marked Coming Soon; role changes and revoking are done from the tile in the list.
