Do I need the latest version of the app?

Yes - Family Fun Pass is only available in the latest version of the Spriggy app.

Please check the App Store or Google Play to make sure you’re up to date.

Who in the family can use Family Fun Pass?

Family Fun Pass is managed by the Primary Parent.

Parents can browse and purchase experiences for the family. Children don’t need to do anything in their own app.

How do I use an experience?

For each experience, you will be emailed a voucher, which includes simple instructions on how to redeem it.

Details vary by experience, but everything you need is clearly shown before you buy. If you are having issues, please contact our experiences partner at info@experienceoz.com.au

Can I add other family members?

Experiences are designed to be used by families. Each offer clearly shows:

  • How many people is it valid for

  • Any age limits or conditions

Is Family Fun Pass free?

Family Fun Pass gives you access to discounted prices on experiences. You only pay for the experiences you choose.

Is this a permanent feature?

Family Fun Pass is currently available as early access to a limited set of member families while we test and improve it. The feature may change over time based on feedback and usage.

What happens if I don’t use it?

Nothing at all - there’s no requirement to use Family Fun Pass. It’s there if and when it’s helpful for your family.
