How do I find and approve my PayTo agreement?

This article is a guide on how to find your PayTo agreement in your online banking app.

Once you have entered your bank details in the Spriggy app, you will be prompted to head over to your online banking app to authorise the PayTo agreement.

You should receive a notification from your banking institution regarding a mandate from Spriggy

Please note that once you have entered your bank details, you have 5 days to authorise the agreement. If you are not able to do that within the 5-day window, you will need to restart the process in your Spriggy app

To restart PayTo agreement:

  1. Log into Spriggy from your Parent Login.

  2. Tap the cog icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Tap 'Spriggy membership'

  4. Tap ‘Connected Account’.

  5. Tap ‘Change Account’.

  6. Select ‘Bank Account’.

  7. Enter your details.

  8. Tap ‘Connect’.

  9. Log into your Online Banking and approve the PayTo agreement
