Everything you need to know about a Spriggy Pocket Money Parent Wallet.

Updated over 3 months ago

When you transfer money to the Spriggy app, it goes into your Parent Wallet. From here, you can easily send money to your kid’s Spriggy card, send money in emergencies and even schedule regular pocket money payments.

Money in your Parent Wallet is only visible to the parent it belongs to when they’re logged into the app with their Parent Login. Kids logged in with their Child Login won’t be able to see your Parent Wallet balance.

The benefits of your Parent Wallet

1. You can send your kids money instantly.

Topping up money from a debit card to your Parent Wallet only takes a few minutes (if you top up from a bank account, it can take up to 5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as the funds are in your Parent Wallet, you can transfer money to your child’s Spriggy card in minutes. It’s great for emergencies.

2. You have control

The Parent Wallet gives you control over where money is distributed between your child’s card, savings and goals.

3. You can schedule transfers to your child’s Spriggy card or savings

You’ll never forget their pocket money again! We hear from lots of parents that remembering to pay pocket money every week is tricky. We’ve solved this problem for you with Scheduled Pocket Money transfers, so you can relax knowing that your kids will always get their allowance.
